Orders are shipped worldwide from Germany. The order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We only ship with tracking. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number. Please also check your spam folder ! Our shipping boxes and bags are 100% plastic-free and our packaging material is made from recycled materials.

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices.

Shipping costs within Germany: Flat rate: €5.90

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €70

Shipping costs within the EU:

Flat rate: 11.90 euros

Shipping costs to Switzerland & Great Britain: Flat rate: €19.90

Shipping costs rest of the world: flat rate €39.90

When delivering goods outside the EU, taxes, duties or other fees may apply due to local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities to import the products and must also pay additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, customs import bill, taxes, duties and other fees that may be levied outside the EU. If the order gets stuck in customs, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact the local customs office and pay any additional fees or taxes to have the item released. It is advisable to check import duties in a country outside the EU before ordering products to be delivered there.

What delivery time should I expect?

The package is usually ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days. After dispatch, the delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days. For deliveries to EU countries outside Germany, experience shows that the delivery time is 5-8 working days.

You can return all items to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the return, we will refund you via the original payment method within 2-5 days . As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a notification by email.

However, the customer bears the costs for the return shipping himself.
